The Residence building dates from the 14th century and even nowadays you might admire painted ceilings, wooden joists and original arches.

The hotel offers eight spacious apartments and one cosy executive room with a tastefull colour combination and the use of unique materials. The hotel is furnished with the Viennese parquet floor with Persian carpets, a marble bathroom, royal beds of 2x2 metres with a glaze on a ribbed vault or original wooden painted ceilings and citrus wood furniture. Every one of nine apartments is unique. Executive room: The cosiest of the rooms with painted wooden ceilings, cheerful colours and day-lighted bathroom. From the window you might admire the original sun clock and flowery corridor.
Junior Suite: Original painted ceilings with provincial motives together with king-size bed will ensure your peaceful sleep. View to the most famous of Prague's streets, Nerudova or you might see the monumental building of Academy of the musical arts.
Suite: Thanks to its two bedrooms and separate kitchen with dining table, it is more then suitable for families up to four people. Windows offer the interesting view to the Residence's atrium or to Nerudova street.

Breakfast is served in the room and includes hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), cold drinks (mineral water, various kinds of juices), choice of salty and sweet pastry, butter, cheese, ham, salami, diverse preparations of eggs, müsli, cornflakes, milk, yogurts, honey, jam, fruits and vegetables.
