This is a historic 17th century Residence which is located on a small quiet cobblestone street in Mala Strana, just two minutes from the famous Charles Bridge.

There are currently ten apartments available for long or short-term stays. They provide those who appreciate the discreet charm of the past with all the benefits of staying in a deluxe apartment in the heart of a romantic city. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, TV - satellite, direct phones and safe. The apartments vary in size from 30 m2 to 120 m2. Each apartment is decorated with works of art and antique furniture. Full range of services is available: e-mail, fax, baby-sitting, laundry, room service and private parking. The staff is ready to help you plan your evenings by arranging concert, theater, or film tickets. The available apartments are: five standard suites, two royal suites, two imperial suites and one penthouse apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each suite/apartment is equipped with antique furniture, full kitchen, bathroom, satellite TV, radio, direct dial telephone and safe.

Standard suite: 24,5 sqm - 30 sqm. Room with a double bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower + WC, max. 2 persons
Royal suite: 44 sqm - 66 sqm. A bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a convertible couch for two, a kitchenette or a kitchen, a bathroom with a bath or a shower + WC, in bigger suite fire place. Max. 4 persons.
Imperial suite: 65.50 sqm - 75.50 sqm. Bigger suite is an exclusive rooftop suite wih a view of Mala Strana and Prague Castle. It consists of a living room with a convertible couch for two, a bedroom with a double bed, kitchenette, a large bath + WC, a separate WC and a balcony. In the suite is piano as well. Max. 4 persons.
Smaller suite consists of a large living room with a fire place and aa convertible couch for two, two living rooms with single and double beds, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower + WC. Max. 6 persons.
Penthouse apt.: A luxurious two story apartment. In first floor is a living room, bedroom with double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom + WC and a separate WC. In second floor you will find a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a pul-out couch, each with a bathroom (corner bath tub or shower + WC). Max. 6 persons.

The elegance and enchantment of this building was recently renewed thanks to a complete reconstruction. A number of celebrated conservators of Czech churches and castles, as well as skilled carpenters, plasterers, ceramists, decorators and fresco painters worked two years with attention to details and with respect for beauty.

In the walking distance from the Residence Nosticova are about 20 foreign embassies (British, French, German, Italian, Japanese among them), the Czech Parliament and the Senate, several ministries, prominent galleries and concert halls as well as leading restaurants serving national and international cuisine. Nearby are the National theatre and Saint Nicholas cathedral.

All rates are quoted per room per night. Capacity is 2 people in Standard suite, 4 in Royal suite, 6 in Imperial Suite and 7 in Penthouse apt.

Breakfast is not included in the room rate and it needs to be ordered separately. Price of breakfast is 9 Euro per person and day.
