The building is found right in the centre of Prague in Vodičková Street, a mere 15 metres from Wenceslas Square (Václavské náměstí), a fact which guarantees that all historic monuments are only a pleasant walk away. This is an ideal area of shopping zones, stylish restaurants, bars with a great atmosphere and live music, multi-screen cinemas that show films in English, and much more.

The APARTMENTS A (2+1) are between 75 and 80 m2, the APARTMENT B (3+1) is 90m. They consist of two/three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and WC facilities. The apartment complex as a whole has been luxuriously designed. The house was awarded by prestigious Award of the European Union for BUILDING OF THE YEAR 2003.But the history of the LANGHANS building is very interesting as well. Jan Langhans an internationally-active photographer bought the house in 1880 and his photographic studio was there till nationalisation in 1948. The building was returned to the family in the spring of 1991 and reconstructed.
